Elementary, Junior High, and High School Book Clubs
For almost twenty years, Woozles has been running book clubs for children and teens.
These groups meet once a month, on the first Sunday of every month during the school year. Meetings take place at Woozles and the format for all three groups is the same. We spend half of each meeting discussing the chosen book and then the remainder of the time is devoted to sharing about other books that they have read recently and wish to discuss.
The book club members are involved in choosing each month's designated book club selection. These meetings are very informal gatherings that allow young readers to spend time together discussing books they have read and being inspired to try other books by their peers.
Space is limited and registration is required.

Adult YA* Book Club
At the suggestion of one of our former (and Australian!) employees, Woozles started up a YA book club for adults in 2016. We put the word out via Facebook and Twitter, and were thrilled at the enthusiastic response from the community. Now, a core group of wonderful people meet at Woozles one evening a month to talk YA books, specifically the one we chose the month before.
If you are interested in attending, all are welcome. Just check our social media sites on Facebook and Twitter for notices about the upcoming meetings. You will find links to these sites on our website homepage.
Please free to contact us at the store for questions about the next book we are reading, or any other YA book club details.
